Our ' Change is scary' jumper is a subtle way of reminding yourself that change is needed even if it feels like the scariest thing in the world.
It is designed in a circle on the back so you never stop telling yourself that you are brave and that it might be scary but so I'd staying the same for the rest of your life.
I designed this jumper as I was so scared to change, even through I was in a really bad place I was made to feel like I couldn't do anything else, that I wouldn't be successful, that I wasn't worthy of anything. I think sometimes it's more comfortable staying the same but you only get one life, you need to take risks and follow your dreams or get out of bad situations to grow as a person. Be brave - you can achieve anything!

Just recently bought this jumper. Wow I don’t even know where to start. The words “change is scary but so is saying the same “ couldn’t be more fitting for me right now. When I opened it I felt a little smile appear that I haven’t had for a long time. It’s given me the courage to start being me again. The fabric is so soft and good quality. I was unsure about the colour online as didn’t want anything too bright but the words were so fitting so ordered it anyway. I’m so pleased i did I actually love the colour and caught so many people checking it out. So from the bottom of my heart thank you.
I love the sentiment of this sweatshirt so ordered an XL. It arrived perfectly packaged with the other sweatshirt I ordered with a copy of one of my favourite classic books, Little Women. It’s a good fit, but I could have sized down to L if I had wanted it less oversized. Change certainly is scary, but Lucindaoneeightthree is leading the way in terms of vocalising mental health to help reduce the stigma.
